Starters
At the Traditional “Cilingir Tray” for 2 people, Chef's Cold Appetizers:
White Cheese, Humus, Leaf Wrap, Circassian Chicken, Eggplant Salad, Purslane with Yogurt, Red Pepper Marine, Fava.

Hot Appetizers
Filibe Meat Ball,  Fried Liver, Chard Rolls stuffed with minced meat and Rice, Pastry filled with Spinach

Main Dish
Veal Stew served over Aubergine Puree.

Sweet-Fruit
Mixed Turkish Desserts and Fruit Buffet

Beverages
Unlimited Local Drinks, Tea or Turkish Coffee with home made Armada Liqueur.

For the ones who prefer to stay at the Armada Hotel will be applied reduced prices for a double room including breakfast.
